 Hello! I’m Priya, founder of Drishti Life Coach, LLC.

After more than 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry — including senior leadership roles — I know what it takes to navigate complex careers, drive results, and build high-performing teams in demanding environments. I created Drishti Life Coach to help ambitious professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs gain the clarity, confidence, and strategic mindset needed to advance their careers or successfully launch and grow their own ventures.

“Drishti” means focused vision in Sanskrit. Using the practical leadership experience I gained in pharma, I guide clients to overcome self-doubt, break through career plateaus, sharpen their decision-making, and turn their entrepreneurial ideas into reality — all while building sustainable success and personal balance.
